After living in our house for almost thirty years we decided to sell.  After we talked to Cheryl, we decided to list our house with her.  It was very obvious after our first meeting that Cheryl's knowledge of real estate and the Grafton area in particular was evident.  She provided us with great advice on how to stage our house and the best time to put it on the market.  The pictures she took and brochures she developed for the open house were outstanding.  Needless to say the open house was a huge success.  We had many people interested that came back for a second look and received an offer within two weeks. 

At the same time, we were looking for a new place to live.  Cheryl showed us many places, most of the time on a short notice.  She ending up finding us the perfect townhouse in our price range that we ended up purchasing.  Throughout the entire process Cheryl was there for us every step of the way.  We always felt comfortable with her advice.  All the time she put in for us answering questions and providing advice when issues arose made us always feel she was working full time for us.  We would recommend Cheryl to anyone who needs a professional hard working agent.  We are so glad we used her.
