Cheryl Fleming helped us with the sale of our house in S. Grafton.  This was not one of your more "cookie cutter" type sales with a cute little house, white picket fence and dog in the back yard. Our house was converted from a farm house into a 3 family.  Through the years many additions were built, so it made it a very unique property.  Cheryl was able to work with buyers to have them understand that this property was much more than a 3 family home but more of a beautiful investment property where the owner could own income property, live in the dwelling and still enjoy the feeling of having a single family home.

She was wonderful with assisting us in staging the house to the point of lending us furniture to get a feel for what a room should look like, as most of our furniture was already in storage.  Cheryl worked tirelessly to continue promoting the property and found just the right people that fell in love with it.

After living in our house for almost thirty years we decided to sell.  After we talked to Cheryl, we decided to list our house with her.  It was very obvious after our first meeting that Cheryl's knowledge of real estate and the Grafton area in particular was evident.  She provided us with great advice on how to stage our house and the best time to put it on the market.  The pictures she took and brochures she developed for the open house were outstanding.  Needless to say the open house was a huge success.  We had many people interested that came back for a second look and received an offer within two weeks.
